Continuous Improvement Manager

To meet the demands of this acquisition-oriented company, the Continuous Improvement Manager will:

The service line offerings that the team will provide include Commercial Excellence, Sales & Operations Planning, Lean Manufacturing, Asset Relocation and Energy Optimization. The key objectives will include identification and quantification of significant value creation opportunities. Continuous Improvement Managers will work closely with senior business division leaders to prioritize projects by value potential.

Team members will rapidly develop functional expertise, while receiving exposure to multiple business divisions within our company's family.  This role builds skills and capabilities which support an expected transition into roles of greater responsibility within our company's divisions.

Desired Skills & Experience:

The average travel required is 80 to 85%. Relocation is not required.  You will primarily work at the business site or from your home office.  Standard travel will occur Monday through Thursday.  However, there will be occasions that require departure and return beyond those days of the week.
