3B Holdings is an industry leader in Integrated Supply and Vending Inventory Management solutions. Our company is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-project oriented Executive Assistant.

The Executive Assistant will work directly with the President and his direct reports (when needed) and will be responsible for performing several project follow-up and administrative duties.

The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment, but most importantly insanely detail-oriented and reliable. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and dynamic company.


  • Manage meeting calendar and contacts (coordinate calendars, organize logistics, take notes, coordinate follow-up). Follow-up using Outlook tools (e.g. calendar flags) is an essential part of this position.
  • Manage deliverables of the leadership team and follow up as necessary.
  • Drafts written responses or replies by phone or e-mail, when necessary. Respond to regularly occurring requests for information.
  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with customers insuring professional and timely responses to appropriate parties.
  • Maintain workflow by keeping President apprised of any project changes or issues that directly relate to an existing or potential customer.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments and manage travel itineraries, to include cost parameters and provide clear and comprehensive travel/meeting details to all attendees.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of presentations, documents, reports, and other materials as needed ensuring the product is consistent, accurate and professional.
  • Assist in obtaining, preparing and communicating internal and external corporate documents for customers, team members, industry partners, and potential customers in a timely manner.
  • Eagerness to learn, with strong work ethic with the ability to handle changing demands, adaptable personality and ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Perform other tasks in accordance with business needs by demonstrating flexibility and willingness to constructively work as a team in order to complete any and all duties required to meet satisfaction within all departments at 3B Holdings.

Solid, practical knowledge of Office 365 Suite: Power Point, Excel and Word required.

Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent job experience.

Stand, walk and/or sit for 8-10 hours per day.
